Week 16: 525,600 minutes

Well since last year things have changed a WHOLE lot. Like I don't really want to talk about it, but things have changed and I just seem more stressed out than last year. I mean overall I guess it was an alright year, it had its ups and downs, but you live and you learn. One thing that did change was me growing my bangs out PRAISE THE LORD. You know, at the beginning of the year I was so different and like I shock myself sometimes just thinking about it and well I've come a long way. Even for sports, I trained and stepped my game up, got my vertical higher. Other than sports I don't really know what was good about 2015 honestly.

week 15: Who Stole the Snow

So I'm on an important mission to get the governments top secret snow machine back from Raine Showers. That little rascal thought it was alright to come and steel it just because his weather reports have been very inaccurate. Anyways I am about to sneak into his house, and go into his basement, inside his laundry room where he has the snow machine right now. So it's now nine O'clock at night and I'm about to sneak into his house through the window. Well, that's when I found out he really didn't care about his house getting broke into because he left the window open so I just slide right on in. Next I went and got the snow machine, and I knew I wasn't going to manage to go through the window with it or through the front door. So I found the basement door and had my friend Kelsie their driving my van so we could quickly put it in there. Some how we made it out successfully, and mission was accomplished. However, Kelsie wanted to keep the snow machine because she likes being able to have power over things. Some how I talked her out of it though and we returned it and we were the saviors for the government!

Week 14: Dancing on the Ceiling

Why, why do the strangest things happen to me. So apparently after I got hit with a basketball I lost my gravity. I was floating on the court and everything seemed so different. At first I really liked it, with me being so short I got to experience the feel of dunking a ball. Now let me tell you it was very complicated to dribble; therefore I just passed the ball if i couldn't dunk it. After the game, I went home and tried to eat my food and I couldn't eat! That made me mad, like I just dunked a ball and now I can't even get my energy level back up. I gave up eventually and tried to go to bed. I didn't think this through, and well lets just say i was laying on the ceiling. I was getting cold up there so I was smart enough to put a Snuggie on, that way it can't fall off if I let go of it. Because it was also very uncomfortable up there I duck taped a pillow to my head. At times I really hated having no gravity, but other time I really enjoyed it. I hated walking, my mom making me now clean the ceiling and every other daily thing I did. However, I really enjoyed running. I felt so weird, but it made me feel like I was running so fast that I could fly.

Week 13: OMNOMNOM FOOD

So, it's almost Thanksgiving and I don't know about you but I'm ready for some days off of school. Anyways on Thanksgiving the food I probably look forward to the most are the mashed potatoes. Since you know I'm like a health freak and all, Thanksgiving is the one day I kinda of eat unhealthy. See mashed potatoes aren't all that good for you, but on Thanksgiving that's the one food I will eat because man they're so good. Also the food that always seems to disappear first is probably the fruit salad. Man that thing is so good and Trevor he is like a hog and eats like half of it so I make sure I get there before him. Trevor, now let me tell you about that kid. He will eat probably like 2-3 giant plates of food and will be hungry within 2 hours. Oh and you can't forget that giant bowl of beans he eats too. We don't really have any unique dishes because well we don't. However, on Thanksgiving when my Uncle has the kids we usually go over and play basketball and then when we finish a game we will go inside to warm up and play cards against humanity. Yes, we do indeed eat more food when we play it.

Week 12: Thank a Wallflower

Hey best friend! I'm writing this just to thank you so much for always being there for me! I love you so much and would be lost without you. Without you who else could I call when I just need someone to talk to when I'm sad, mad, or even just having a really good day and want to tell you about it! All of our memories we have together are what still give me the motivation through the rough days. All the way from riding home from volleyball games and annoying our mothers to dancing in the church aisles back in kindergarten. You know not everybody has a best friend like you that they can trust, be there self, and act like they hate each other when they really don't. I'm so thankful to have you being my best friend, and even though I may not show it often or at all I truly do love you and need you in my life! Hey remember that time we went to Michael's with our moms after the volleyball game and got smoothie king and it was your first time having it! That was just an amazing night, a little scary a first because we played in Peoria Manual but we made it though! Hahah! I can't wait until we get to go on that plane ride with K-Smash. Anyways you need to call me tonight because I miss talking to my best friend! Thanks again for being the best friend that anybody could ask for, and yes I do need you in my life!

Week 11: Behind the Hamper

So I was cleaning my closet and inside my closet, I found this secret door. This door led to my dream world! It had a gym where I could work out, and had a basketball and volleyball court. When I first found this I was mad that I haven't known about this until now, but then I got over it and was overly excited. So now I can work out whenever I please, and play my favorite sports. However the excitement wasn't over yet, there was another door to leave the gym and it was the most beautiful sight I had ever seen. It was a long trail that led to running under trees, and the best part of all of this is that it always stayed fifty-five degrees and it was always fall. Fall is the best time to run because the leaves change color and it just is so pretty when you run! Ahhhh! I love it!

Week 10: Cool Costume

Ding- Dong! Trick or treat! Tonight my friends, Taylor, Kelsie, and myself decided to act as if we were 5 years old and go trick or treating. Taylor, was a fairy, Kelsie was a fox, and I was a dragon, because I really love drawing them. So we knock on this door and we didn't find out that this house belonged to a witch until after we had gotten a spell put on us. Now all three of us become a fairy, fox and dragon. Taylor the fairy was able to fly and her voice became high pitched. Kelsie the fox shrank down into a fox and became really fast. While my i grew like 20 feet and broke the roof off the witches house. I breathed fire and after 10 minutes I left my group to go flying around the town. I didn't care to be turned back into a human because life was great, I was doing things that I had never done before! I was probably the coolest dragon on Halloween night, I was red with blue eyes, had a long bouncy tail, with sharp black wings. It was the best night ever, until 12.00 came and I turned back into myself, which I was very disappointed with by the way.

Week 9: Shrunken Students

So, our teacher just shrunk all of us students into tiny little ants, and now I see life in a whole different perspective. Everything is 1,000 times bigger than how everything else appeared before. Well anyways now everybody is trying to work together so we can get Ms. Hudson's attention. We all decided to make a plan to split into 5 groups of 3 and all try different ways. My group consisted of Kelsie, Sophia, and myself. Our plan was to go inside of her shoe and hope she would feel something crawling around, and hopefully have her realize it was us. The next groups plan was to go on her desk and go on her pen yelling even though she can't hear us. Another group tries to go on her marker up at the board and wait for her to use it for the next class. All of these groups have failed so far, and the other two groups plans weren't going to work. So finally I had an idea that we all crawl on her head and we all grab onto her hair and pull down as hard as we can and all we could do was hope she would feel a little tug. Luckily it worked! She had raised her hand and pulled us all out and we were all in her hand. She set us down on the ground realizing it was her students that were doing this to her, and then she shrank us again and we all returned back to regular size!

Week 8: Explaining Science.. Sort of

I hear all the time how is one born, so I tell them the most realistic way out there. First you go into your own perfect universe where it can have unicorns or even dark scary creatures, whatever is perfect to that certain person. After you're there you have to fly to the highest mountain with your jet pack and talk to a pink leopard. There you can talk to him about if you want a boy or a girl and give him or her certain characteristics. But in order for all of this to come true you have to pass an obstacle coarse under 20 minutes. Most people in shape can finish in under 10 minutes, so this also helps woman have the motivation to stay in shape. Somethings that are in this are zip lining, climbing over a 15 ft. rock wall, running through 10 tires, and talking this little leprechaun through his most emotional problems. Anyways if you fail the test then you child will be the exact opposite of how you wanted. After you get done describing you child your child will fall from the sky in a parachute wrapped in a blanket inside a box with 7 air holes. The box should arrive on your door and BAM that's how one is born.

Week 7: What a Fright

The scariest moment that I've had to live through would be when I choked on a water balloon end and almost died. I was only around 5 years old when my mom, her friend, and I were filling up water balloons. I wasn't actually helping fill up the water balloons I was just sitting there chewing on the ends of the water balloons. Mom always told me to not do it because if it popped I could choke on it. She told me this literally 100 times and I never listened to her. Anyways I was just chewing on the end of the balloon when it popped and the very end of the balloon went down my throat. I didn't even have time to react really. My mom’s friend has stuck her finger down my throat to get the end of the water balloon. She ended up getting it and then I never chewed on the end of a water balloon again.

Week 5: What Fictional World Would You Like to Visit?

If I had a fictional world that I would visit it would be the hunger games. I would want to go to the hunger games so that I could actually see how bad the district is. I would want to see if there was more than what was explained in the book. For example I could see if they tortured people more than I expected or I could also even feel the pain of being tortured if I would go against the capital. Knowing myself I would probably go against the capital because I am a HUGE rebel. Another reason I also would want to go to the Hunger Game is so I could feel the same pain and nervousness as others. From what I understood is that people lived terrible lives and I would want to see how terrible their life actually is. I could possibly feel the starvation (not that I would want to), I could feel the loneliness, and very exhausted after working and hunting for my family.

Week 6: I want to play a game

I'm at Riddle House in Palm Beach, Florida. Inside of this house it used to be a funeral parlor and some one has hung himself there. This house is supposed to be haunted and the furniture were told moves frequently. So a few of my friends Kelsie, Sophia, and myself decided to stay the night at Riddle House in Palm Beach, Florida. So we didn't really know to believe if it was haunted or not so just in case we brought a wigi board. When we first arrived we were kind of scared, Sophia was the first one to walk inside, she doesn't really believe that this place is haunted. The first 5 hours were calm and nothing haunted happened. That was until 1 o'clock in the morning Kelsie was laying on the bed when a lamp comes and hits her in the head. Of coarse she screams and we tried to run out of the house, except we couldn't. The ghost of the man who hung himself must have locked us inside. We were screaming running to windows to see if we could get out that way, but we couldn't it was bolted shut. Through out the night we were tortured and there was only one survivor by the end of the night. The first to die was Kelsie, she already had injuries from the lamp that hit her in the face, and they finished her off with throwing knife. The next to get killed was myself, the man killed me by running the bathtub water without me knowing when I went to the bathroom. He slammed the door shut and I was chained to the door, later drowning. Sophia wasn't able to help me because there wasn't a way to get the door open. Luckily Sophia made it out alive, she found a way through the chimney and immediately called the cops. No one really knows what happened after that..

Week 4: Urban Legends

The scariest Urban Legend that I have probably ever read is the Babysitter and the Clown Statue, but yet again I don't read many urban legends so it wasn't that scary. This story is about a babysitter who babysat one little boy and girl. The parents of the children had an obsession of clowns and had a room full of them, some were even life- size. There was one particularly placed in a rocking chair, and one night the babysitter started to feel uncomfortable about this statue. She felt as if the clowns eyes were following her whenever she moved with the children. So the babysitter called the mother of these children and asked about this clown, and she couldn't remember any clown with this description. By the orders of their mom they went over to their neighbors house and were safe. Later the mother explained to the girl that for years the neighbor had been giving them problems for years, and was mentally ill. Many different times before this, he had tried to sneak into their house and kidnap their children. But he would always would dress up like a clown and wear all the make up and everything whenever he had the opportunity to do it. Later they informed the police that and they never had any actual proof until now.

Week 3: One Song

A song that has influenced me would be "Stitches" by Shawn Mendes. It has influenced me because one its made my life better just because its so good and because I can relate to it. When I first heard this song I really liked it, and I knew that it was going to be one of my favorite songs. Also when I first heard this song I mostly just liked the beat and how catchy it was. After I kept listening to it I realized that I could connect to it and now when I sing Stitches I sing it with feeling and connection. This song has made my life better, because when ever I am bored, down, or even just studying it lets my mind be free and enjoy the song! Also I do recommend listening to the song "Stitches" by Shawn Mendes if you like girly styled music and up beat songs!

Week 2: Bragging Rights

I'm Madison Ray Darrowww. I am so much cooler than my brother Stone. I've been a part of 4 banners on the wall and Stone has only been a part of 1. We have gotten 3 banners for volleyball state runner-up in 6th grade, regional champs in 7th grade, and sectional champs 8th grade. The other banner that I've been a part of was 8th grade track, for winning sectionals. Another thing that I can brag about is that I am tied for being number one in my class with Taylor Laible, Evan Johnson, and Shania Vasquez. Meanwhile Stone is ranked either fourth or fifth in his class. Also I can brag about all my track ribbons and medals, even though Stone has way more than I do, I still feel accomplished with the things that I have earned. Placing fourth in the Bloomington Honors meet with my 4x4 and 4x1 placing 6th that was probably my favorite meet and the meet that I was most proud of myself at. Another thing that I've been a part of that I can brag about is winning Tri-county for volleyball multiple times, Woodford County for volleyball in 8th grade, and winning Consolation Champs for Tri-county last year in basketball. I also can brag about having two great older brothers that have pushed me to become the best athlete I can be. Without Mason and Stone I would still be sitting at home eating chips on the couch not knowing how to give 100% in sports. Mason has taught me how to eat correctly and how to properly work out to help improve my skills in all sports.

Week #1

This year school is going pretty good I'd say! I mean yeah I would much rather be at home doing nothing, however there's always a time where you have to go back. The class that I'm probably looking forward to the most is Drivers Ed. I'm looking forward to Drivers Ed because that's just one step closer to getting my license and being able to drive where ever I want whenever! Another thing I'm excited for are all the sports. The only thing that I missed about school was the sports. Throughout the year I'm constantly busy with volleyball, basketball, softball and my personal favorite track. During the summer it was weird not being physically active every day with a sport, but on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday for 13 weeks my brothers and I were working out.
