Week 2: Bragging Rights
I'm Madison Ray Darrowww. I am so much cooler than my brother Stone. I've been a part of 4 banners on the wall and Stone has only been a part of 1. We have gotten 3 banners for volleyball state runner-up in 6th grade, regional champs in 7th grade, and sectional champs 8th grade. The other banner that I've been a part of was 8th grade track, for winning sectionals. Another thing that I can brag about is that I am tied for being number one in my class with Taylor Laible, Evan Johnson, and Shania Vasquez. Meanwhile Stone is ranked either fourth or fifth in his class. Also I can brag about all my track ribbons and medals, even though Stone has way more than I do, I still feel accomplished with the things that I have earned. Placing fourth in the Bloomington Honors meet with my 4x4 and 4x1 placing 6th that was probably my favorite meet and the meet that I was most proud of myself at. Another thing that I've been a part of that I can brag about is winning Tri-county for volleyball multiple times, Woodford County for volleyball in 8th grade, and winning Consolation Champs for Tri-county last year in basketball. I also can brag about having two great older brothers that have pushed me to become the best athlete I can be. Without Mason and Stone I would still be sitting at home eating chips on the couch not knowing how to give 100% in sports. Mason has taught me how to eat correctly and how to properly work out to help improve my skills in all sports.
Week #1
This year school is going pretty good I'd say! I mean yeah I would much rather be at home doing nothing, however there's always a time where you have to go back. The class that I'm probably looking forward to the most is Drivers Ed. I'm looking forward to Drivers Ed because that's just one step closer to getting my license and being able to drive where ever I want whenever! Another thing I'm excited for are all the sports. The only thing that I missed about school was the sports. Throughout the year I'm constantly busy with volleyball, basketball, softball and my personal favorite track. During the summer it was weird not being physically active every day with a sport, but on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday for 13 weeks my brothers and I were working out.
